I am fully qualified City & Guilds dog groomer. My doggy clients range from pedigreed to street dogs, and all are treated like royalty!

With my move to new premises, I am able to now offer cat grooming. Cats will never come into contact with dogs, or each other at any time they are in my care.

I'm a qualified Dog Groomer with a City & Guilds L3 Dog Grooming Diploma., so you know your dog will get the right care for its breed.

I'm also trained in canine first aid.

About me

After 20 years of being a trainer in the Telecoms Industry, I am now a qualified Dog Groomer with a City & Guilds L3 Dog Grooming Diploma.

My Passion for animals and the need to ensure they were treated kindly and with respect, started at a very young age and since then I have had the pleasure of owning many animals, from rabbits up to horses.

I am flexible in my approach to dog grooming and will only groom according to what the dog will tolerate. Years of dealing with lots of breeds has taught me they are all different and it is definitely not a case of 'one size fits all'.

I like to groom in as 'force free' a way as is possible and adapt the groom to suit the dog or cat. I work with them in order to build a relationship where we work together, in a relaxed environment, nothing is rushed and I only do one dog at a time. This can mean it takes a few grooms for us to get the end result, but that is how I prefer to work and it's in the best interest of the animals I groom.

I have attended dog first aid courses and also enjoy grooming rescue dogs for a local charity.

I am fully insured and DBS checked.

Found Julia on facebook and booked my ESS into her for a full groom, she made a fantastic job of him, he looked handsome, smelled gorgeous and was very happy with the service provided, time taken and not rushed, so much so, he is booked in again very soon :)
